1 1/2 cups uncooked instant white rice

6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

1 bag (1 lb.) frozen broccoli cuts, thawed

3 large carrots, cleaned, sliced

1 can Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Chicken and Mushroom Soup

1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup

1 1/2 cups water

1.Spray crockpot with cooking spray. Place rice on the bottom, then chicken, 1 cup cheese, broccoli, carrots, both soups and another cup of cheese. Pour water around the edges of the crockpot.
2.Cover, cook on low 6-8 hours. (I stirred the dish halfway through cooking time to combine some of the rice.)

The easiest i’ve come across so far is throwing some soup or salsa in the crock pot with the breasts. I haven’t tried the soup, but salsa is awesome with chicken. That’s if you like salsa to begin with. Google ‘easy chicken breast recipes’ and i’m sure you’ll find much more that you could use.

I like to make this white chicken chili. It calls for cooked chicken but I put in chunks of raw chicken breast and it tastes great. Sometimes I put just quarter the chicken breast and shred it later and sometimes I cube it before cooking.
