My Favorite Chicken Slow Cooker Recipe:

SPRAY the crock pot with PAM
lay 3-4 chicken breasts on the bottom of the pan.
pour 1/4 cup of Chicken broth over the breasts
In a seperate bowl combine 1 box of Chicken Stuffing mix with 1 can of condensed cream of chicken soup.
Pour this mixture over chicken breasts. Put the lid on and cook for 6-8 hours on low.

The stuffing comes out awesome and the chicken stays moist! My picky boyfriend likes this one too

Use italian dressing or cream of mushroom and water. Cook it on the low temp if you not going to be home to add liquids as needed.

I cook them with a can of tomatoes and some green peppers and onions. Add a little garlic and chili peppers. Cook on low for the day. Very nice with mashed potatoes or noodles.

Dump a bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce and cook on HIGH 3-4 hours… Shred with forks and serve on a bun!

I would pan sear them first to seal the juices in. Then deglaze the pan with some sauted onions, celery and carrots. Oh add a little thyme too. Add these items first in the pan before deglazing. Once they have cooked a bit add some chicken stock and white wine to deglaze. Add liquid to crock pot along with chicken and cook on low for about 6-7 hours or high for about 4-5

I use frozen chicken breast. Cook them on low for about 5 hours… sometimes more, depending on work.
I make a sauce that is flavorful and delicious. I take about 1 c. of orange juice, 1/2 can of chipotle chili (whole then puree it with all the ingredients.), about 1-3 T. of lemon or lime juice. If the sauce is too thick add a bit more of the wet ingredients. Add salt to taste.
If sauce is too spicy, add about 1/4 C of tomatoe sauce. (I like kick)
I use this to sauce in crockpots, for grilling and baking chicken, turkey and fish.

    Cola Chicken

1 family size package chicken wings
    2 cup catsup
2 – 12oz. can cola (pepsi, coke, etc.)
2- packages McCormicks Buffalo wings seasoning

Put chicken in a non-stick pan.
Mix together catsup and cola, seasoning….pour over chicken.
    Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and cook 45 minutes.
(turning chicken a few times, while cooking…to prevent from
    sticking to pan)
Cook until the sauce becomes thick and adheres to the chicken.

It turns into the most incredible BBQ sauce. Yummmm!

I used the spices from a MILD (I don’t care for "HOT") Buffalo
Wings packet…(the kind you get to bake in the oven)…..I thought it
was really good…..(but you/I can’t find a ‘bad’ way to fix chicken).

This recipe is doubled…..for my husband and myself…I use ½ the ingredients.

You can double…the double….and more as you like.

    BBQ Ribs

Use the same method (Cola Chicken)….leave out McCormicks seasoning.

    Ribs & Chicken wings both good…..and……‘s I m p l e’…..to fix…!!

    Mushroom Chicken

    4 chicken breast
1 can cream of mushroom soup
    water

Mix a can of cream of mushroom soup with can of water.
    Place chicken in crock pot.
Pour soup over chicken and cook on medium ….4-5 hours….or until desired doneness.
