SLOW COOKER CHICKEN
5 whole chicken breasts
Juice of 2 lemons
Paprika, celery salt, salt & pepper to taste
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 9oz.) can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Rinse chicken and pat dry. Season with lemon juice, paprika, celery salt, salt and pepper. Place in slow cooker. Combine soups in medium bowl; mix well. Spoon over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until done to taste. Serve over rice. Yield 10 servings.
OR
SLOW COOKER CHICKEN WINGS
5 lb. chicken wings
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. French’s mustard
4 tbsp. soy sauce
Cut each wing into 3 pieces – throw away the tip. Brown in skillet until golden brown and put in slow cooker (on low).
Mix brown sugar, mustard and soy sauce in saucepan and heat until it becomes liquid. Pour over the wings and cook 2-8 hours.
OR
CROCK POT CHICKEN CACCIATORE
3-4 lbs boneless/skinless thighs and breasts
1 large onion, thinly sliced
2 large red or green bell peppers, sliced
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon each basil and oregano
1 (6oz) can tomato paste
fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 bay leaves
1 8 oz can stewed tomatoes with chiles
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups burgundy wine
Parmesan cheese, for sprinkling before serving
Place sliced onions on bottom of crock pot. Add chicken.
Stir together remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
Cook on low 7-9 hours or high 3-4 hours. Serve over pasta, with a salad on the side.
OR
CROCK POT BARBECUED CHICKEN
1 (3 1/2 to 4 lbs.) chicken
1 sm. bottle catsup
1 med. onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 (10 oz.) bottle Cola
Place the ingredients in a 3 1/2 quart crock pot in the order listed. Stir once. Turn the pot on the low setting and cook overnight. Remove the meat from the bones and serve over yellow rice.

Not sure if this is what you’re looking for, but my grandmother thaws a bag of chicken legs/wings and just mixes it with a few bottles of honey barbecue sauce (you can use any flavor, though). She mixes it all together and lets it cook in the slow cooker overnight. She does this for cookouts, and it goes over great! Plus, it’s really simple and my grandma does this quite a bit when she’s not feeling up to cooking huge meals (she’s stubborn and won’t let us help lol).
